You come accross some rather interesting people when you are at the library. Of course, they have books to suit people of every type however odd they are, so 'tis no wonder, really.
Some I see often...some only once. Some look like people I know, some are they whom I know, others I don't know, and some I don't think I'll ever want to know.
It's odd to see some one so often that you recognize them yet you don't know their name and never speak to them. It's also odd to see a lady who has green hair (I'm assuming she'd done it on purpose anyway.....though if it were on me, I'd consider it a serious hairstlye malefunction).
If there's one place where all the different people in the world could gather, it would be the library. I've seen soooo many different people.... Buisness people, the UPS man, goth-looking people, dudes with mohawks, you name 'em, I'm likely to have seen them!
Most people are drawn in by the books and shelves filled with knowledge that await within the doors, while others are more attracted by the-free-to-use high-speed wireless internet.
There's some people who are stranger than others... Like there's this lady who's there every week pretty much who goes to the kid's section and sits a the little miniature tables and seems to think she's having a conversation with a friend when nobody's there. 'Tis odd, really. Then there was another kid who brought a book of dark magic to tell about at a library activity...he was nice, but very, very strange!
I think my favorite people there though would without question be my fellow volunteers & the librarians. Especially the children's librarian, Mary. She's the head over the volunteers and is one of my most favorite people at the library. She's rather disorganized, but very creative and a ton of fun! Not to mention she has some pretty awesome parties for the volunteers :-D
One day, when Anna invents her teleporter, you should come meet me there ;-)

that sounds awesome sarah!
i have a book on hold at the library about all the odd people that are at the library, which is sort of ironic, i guess.
but that's what it reminded me of.
12:04 AM Sam? Did you here all that wind last night. Yes, there are strange people everywhere.
Lol, I never even imagined that there were books about odd library-dwelling people. Haha.
Man, you were up late, Sam!
That is kind of funny.
Nice post, Sarah.
I know exactly what you mean about seeing all kind of people! It sure makes things interesting. . . yeah.
Hey! I know! You should come work at Silverwood and not only will you meet all kinds of people, you will meet all kinds of people for different countries!
Cool post! I never really thought about that before lol
Thanks!
Well, when you work at the library every week, eventually you see enough people ya kinda start to notice ;-) lol
Father McKensey, writing the words of a sermon that no one will here. . . No one comes near
*hums "Elinor Rigby"* just couldn't resist using that for the title...
