Cool!! I wish I could bike to a river and have my own exclusive party on a beach that no one goes to. Then I would walk barefoot until the water finally pulled me in. Then I would probably shriek at the coldness but stay in anyway. Then I would most likely get pnemonia as I was riding home, fall of my bike and Prince Charming would have to save me . .
wait a sec .. . that kinda thing only happens in books.
Wow! That would be quite a happening! I can't say that I've ever been saved by prince charming on any of my bike rides....
And you probably would get hypothermia in our river! At least this time of year. In the summer when it gets to the 90's and 100's it warms up to a cold, but swimable temperature. But I put my feet in when I was there and it was REALLY cold!
