You accidentally go to a concert you don't like...You got skills.

It's amazing how pretty much anything can be totally fun if the right people are along. It makes me smile thinking about all the times that I probably would have hated had I not had friends along by my side.

Haha, like Friday night. I've learned now that it's probably best to know who the band is/what they're like before you go to a concert :-) So me and some guys from my youth group all went over to The Valley Christian Center (a large local church) (or The Christian Entertainment Center, as I call it, because honestly, they focus MUCH more on entertaining the crowds than teaching). Originally we'd thought the concert was 4 hours long- turned out that the first 3 hours was a time just to hang with your friends and play video games/buy snacks (the church had a coffee bar!). Once it got to the concert, we were all rather glad that it was only 45 minutes long, because it turned out to be a local hard rock/emo style Christian band that you could hardly make out the lyrics to..... And none of us were even into that genre of music XD Fail.

Had I been on my own, I'd have been constantly checking my watch to see when it'd all be over. But with my friends along? Somehow we manage to have fun no matter where we are or what's going on :-)

I <3 the Infamous Trio!
(Me, David, & Ian at the concert)

Funny thing about that picture that I realized after taking it was that we're not only lined up shortest to tallest, but oldest to youngest....and the youngest is the tallest one o_0 weird.

I love the picture! I totally agree. Friends are very important to have around, and they make any event fun.

Luv the photo! That's cool! Like the name you've come up with for VCC. LOL! It fits.

Completely!

Hahaha Thanks :) I thought the name for VCC was quite fitting as well. That's where all the Christian entertainment goes! We're going to a Ken Davis thing on Wednesday (he's a Christian comedian, if you haven't heard his stuff you should look him up on youtube when you get a chance)
